Positiv: Although the location was central, it was not very convenient. To get to the train station, we had to walk over a kilometer in the sun, and there were no nearby bus stops.

Positiv: Brilliant location. Well stocked kitchen with all the things you need. Great for a family with mid age children. We loved watching the paragliders landing.
Negativ: Bunk beds are not really in a bedroom, they are behind a curtain off the entrance, and downstairs from the main bedroom. Worked great for our boys age 12&10, could be harder for younger ones.

Comfortable stay in heart of Interlaken
Positiv: Perfect location. Overlooking the Victoria Hotel and central park, you can see the paragliders landing all day. Interlaken West is just walking distance, Ost is reachable by bus quickly too. Home is equipped with power sockets and USB. TV is big and modern with AppleTV built in. Sofa is big and comfortable too. Kitchen is small but good enough for all practical purposes.
Negativ: Many things although not very bad but can be improved for a better experience and value for money. 1. The spring in the mattress is worn out and keeps squeaking everytime you turn. The steps leading to room also are a bit squeaky. 2. One of the room curtains was also a broken so hard to move it. 3. The fans in the room are just above your headside and noisy. You may need if often because the room is small and can get stuffy Also not mentioned in the description, the apartment is on the first floor and has 4 sets of 7-8 steps to reach. If you heavy luggage be careful. Although there is option to keep baby strollers downstairs which is a relief. Booking.com should fix their system and allow hosts to write this in description and add pictures for better expectation.

Very enjoyable stay and met the needs for a family of six exploring the city.
Positiv: Excellent location for exploring Interlaken. The loft was clean and has a great view of the city green space. Very walkable.
Negativ: The configuration of the elevated bedrooms were a bit cumbersome with luggage and air was stuffy.

Positiv: Nice room clean room , but only good for 3 people . The loft bunk bed was so tight no place to even move once u get on top . Not happy at all

Location is great and probably a better stay in the cooler months.
Positiv: The location is pretty ideal and the balcony overlooking the park is spectacular!
Negativ: There was air conditioning per the listing, but we weren't able to manage the settings. I believe there is only one split unit in the living room and the loft bedrooms do not receive any of this air as far as I could tell. When we arrived all of the window blinds were open, and the space was already quite hot from the sun shining in. We could not get the bedrooms below 86 degrees Fahrenheit the first night despite having fans and supposed air conditioning. We reached out the owners and they suggested we go to the mountains or swim (not possible at night) and that we close all of the window coverings to prevent the space from getting overheated (I wondered why they had them all open when we arrived if they understood this was culprit for the overheating). They did bring another fan and suggested this was atypical air conditioning in Interlaken and that we should be thankful that we had it considering the heat wave.

Positiv: موقعها جدا ممتاز واطلالتها جميله خصوصاً البلكونه الشقه نظيفه ودورات المياه نظيفه الدخول والخروج سلس وتوفر مواقف مدفوعه بجوار الشقه
Negativ: غرف النوم صغيره جداً حجم الوحده صغير غرفتين النوم مصممه مثل الاكواخ في طرف وسقف الغرفه مساحة 2 * 2 متر تقريبا ، تشعر بالضيقه وقت النوم والتهويه والتكيف سيئين فيها والغرفه الثالثه متر في مترين والسرير صغير دورين
