Apartment in great location

Positiv: Amazing apartment located near all important landmarks and a stunning view of the Harder Kulum from the window. The apartment is clean and has all the basic things you require for your stay. Excellent communication from the host who was quick to respond and provide timely information.

Negativ: The only downside that has been mentioned already by many other customers is the quality of beds and pillows. The beds are disturbingly squeaky and make creaky sounds every time you turn or move. The pillows are very thin and not really fit for purpose. I hope the numerous feedbacks on this particular issue will compel the host to address this issue and replace the beds and pillows. If this is done, it would be a perfect place to stay.

Negativ: No elevator

Positiv: Very close to Lidl and only 10 minutes walk to the train or bus station. Also great central location in interlaken. Parking space was sufficient and included. Host was very accommodating and responsive to messages.

Negativ: The beds were uncomfortable for us, this was the only thing that we felt needed improving.

Walking distance to center of the town with big space

Positiv: Near centre of the town and free parking. The apartment is quite big and easy to walk to everywhere

Negativ: No lift. Can hear people from upstair. Pillow and bed should upgrade.

Positiv: Well spacious apartment maintained very well. Close to the station and shops. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Positiv: Clean and comfortable, close to public transport and city. However, WiFi and heater wasn’t working unfortunately and it was quite cold as it was snowing. Had no connectivity for 3 days Everything else was perfect- host was kind enough to keep basic essential kitchen items that was quite useful.

Positiv: The host is very responsive, Nice location, close to the train station and the city center. Highly recommend the place.

Negativ: offering a washing machine would be nice

Positiv: Location was excellent. Kitchen was fully equipped. Welcome goodies were pleasant surprise.

Positiv: Very clean and tidy apartment also Mr. Mario was very attentive & helped with everything. The apartment was clean, simple and was great!

Negativ: All good, but few points to consider is; If u have luggages, hard to walk from the train station (approx 5-8 Min) and wifi is slow.
