Super Übernachtung auf Durchreise, freundlicher Empfang

Positiv: Supernetter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir kamen mit 6 Personen inkl. Kindern sehr spät an, Checkin unkompliziert, alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht da und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter.

Gute Lage, einfache, saubere Unterkunft, nette Betreuung.

Positiv: Mario, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat z.B. unseren Wunsch nach einem Steckdosen-Adapter sofort erfüllt und auch unsere Anfrage, ob wir ein bisschen später auschecken können, ist er auch sehr nett nachgekommen.

Negativ: Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht, sauber, funktional, Betten quietschen etwas und sind nicht mega-bequem, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, für den günstigen Preis war alles super in Ordnung.

Positiv: I personally had a great experience—after checking out a day early, I had to return just 2 hours later due to road closures caused by snow. I called Mario, and he immediately welcomed me back without any hesitation. He could have easily refused, but instead, he was extremely kind and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Interlaken! 👍

Positiv: 1. location and the assistance of the manager. 2. a supermarket close by 3. buses within easy reach 4. the lake and its opportunity to catch boats on lakes and trains up the alps, access to other towns and lovely places for eating, shopping etc 5 a handy parking space available

Negativ: That we didnt have longer there

Positiv: The host is super helpful and very kind. He helps us a lot in all requests. The room is big enough for 5 persons. The location is good, it easy to access all public transportations.

Positiv: The hotel is close to the train station and not far from a convenience store. The property owner is easy to reach and consistently provides clear information for check-in and check-out

Excellent Apartment in Interlaken West.

Positiv: The apartment is clean and is only 8 min walk from Interlaken west train and Migros where we get our groceries.Mario communicates well with us and gives us all instructions clearly. so helpful.Gave us free bottle of orange juice and bottled water. Highly recommended.

Negativ: We liked to cook , the stove takes us some time to figure out how to work , would be nice to have mirror in the other 2 rooms ( 3rd room has mirror) other than that everything are great!

Positiv: It's very close to Interlaken center. Very responsive owner Clean apartment

Positiv: The views of the place and the hospitality were the best i could ask for the price i was paying. The place was just complete and cozy. The host gave us coffee and teas as well as some drinks in the fridge. everything was very pleasant.
