Ambiente

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat alles, was es für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier mit dem Bahnhof in Fussdistanz hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Positiv: Same as in the pictures Very spacious, kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipments, appliances and utensils. Close to Speiz train station, where we get easy access to all over Swiss and Interlaken is just 20min in train , where we have trains and buses to Interlaken every 15 min. Stay is close to lake Thun , very calm and quiet place with lot of panoramic views. We stayed here for 6 days and it was more than worth every penny.

Maravilloso apartamento en una ubicación tranquila

Positiv: Fácil comunicación con el personal que lleva el apartamento. Entrada muy cómoda e independiente, ya que te dejan las llaves junto a la entrada en una caja con código. Perfecto funcionamiento del WIFI. Lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, horno, aceites, sal, todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, tambíen de limpieza. Pequeño patio fuera con una mesa y sillas. Lavabo abajo y también arriba, este completo con ducha. Nos encantó la ubicación, a poco más de cinco minutos de la estación de tren y un MIGROS. Y repetiríamos sin duda en Spiez, cerca de todo lo que queríamos hacer y lejos de la masificación de Interlaken o Grindelwald. La máquina de café ahora es una Nespresso, otro punto a favor, aunque nos hubiera gustado saberlo antes. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Negativ: No nos ha pasado nunca que, reservando con Booking, vengan a inspeccionar el alojamiento antes de marchar. Entiendo que así detectan cualquier mal uso o desperfecto enseguida, pero es una situación un tanto incómoda y creo que innecesaria. Eso sí, se adaptaron a nuestra hora de salida y fueron muy amables.

מקום מושלם ליציאה לטיולים

Positiv: הבית נפלא ולא חסר בו דבר. להפך. נוח מאוד שיש חניה צמודה, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. שני חדרי שירותים משדרגים את המקום. היינו בבית כמעט שבועיים והצוות, על דעת עצמו, צייד אותנו כעבור שבוע במגבות ובמצעים חדשים.

Negativ: לא היה דבר מה שלא אהבנו.

Pied à terre idéal pour découvrir la région de l'Oberland bernois.

Positiv: La maison avec un jardinet est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, ensoleillée avec vue sur les montagnes. Les produits d'entretien de base sont fournis ainsi que les savons, les tablettes lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Sont également mis à disposition sel, huile et vinaigre. A pied en 10 mn nous accédons au petit port de Spiez.

Una estadia ideal

Positiv: El estado general de la casa, el equipamiento, la limpieza, la amplitud de los ambientes. Realmente estuvo todo perfecto

We stayed for 6 nights, it soothed the tireness from travelling.

Positiv: It's a lovely apartment, quiet and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, we can cook all sorts of food. And there's a bottle of wine, some chocolates and coffee capsule in the kitchen when we arrived, it's very nice.

Negativ: The instruction to the door is very clear, but we ended up knocking on the wrong door in the front of the house. Maybe it would be better to include a photo guidance. Anyway maybe we were just being silly

Agréable séjour
