Positiv: Auf alle Fragen prompte Rückmeldung, sehr nette Vermieterin 😀 Wohnung wie beschrieben und mit allem nötigen gut ausgestattet. Die Bahnlinie ist zwar zu hören, war aber nicht störend. Ideale Lage für Bahnreisende.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl.

Positiv: We were very satisfied with this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and surprisingly well equipped. We even received some welcome cakes and chocolate.There was also foil available for making sandwiches in the morning, and the coffee and tea were good quality. The free Netflix was great after tiring hiking days.The apartment is very close to the train station and the grocery store. The host was also very very kind and helpful. This apartment was really a good choice.

Amazing location

Positiv: Tania [ the owner ] is the nicest person we have seen in years . She goes out of her way to help guests in every possible way. Apartment 7 mins walk from the train station . Bus no 61 & 63 will also take u to niesenbrocke [ your bus stop ] in 2 mins When we arrived , tania pampered us with a lot of free goodies to eat & drink .Apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom is spacious with washing machine and dryer. Microwave & conventional oven.Very comfortable bed with crisp white linen . Beautiful balcony with 2 chairs and and a table . Lift for the 1st 2 floors but thereafter stairs for ur apartment on 3rd floor . Tania is generous with toiletteries and fresh towels . I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK ..

Negativ: Room is very compact . But good for a couple . No Aircon and no ceiling fan although Tania provided us with a standing fan .. didn't matter much since temp was between 2°c & 13°c ..

Positiv: The appartment is well equipped, clean and conveniently located close to the highway.

Negativ: The proximity to the railway station means that you can hear the trains, even at night. Indeed, Spiez is an important railways transit point for both passengers and freight...
