Wir würden die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder mieten.

Positiv: Die Lage ist einfach top! Bei Fragen habe ich immer prompt Antwort erhalten und wir konnten sogar ein bisschen später auschecken.

Negativ: Alles ok!

Lovely stay, I'd definetly return if possible !

Positiv: The apartment is well located, close to the city center and with quick access from the train station. It is airy and bright, and it has all the necessary appliances. The washing machine and dryer are excellent extras that make a longer trip much easier.

Negativ: There was a miscommunication regarding the messages upon arrival, and even though the apartment was ready, the information to pick up the keys took a while. We waited in a nearby restaurant, but with kids and luggage, it was a bit uncomfortable. I suggest sending the access information a few hours in advance.

Perfect location!

Positiv: loved the location, right next to the Main Street and within 5-10 min walking to the train station. The property has a washing machine and dryer, perfect for long stays. The property was at ground floor which is ideal for young families.

Negativ: The towels were thin and worn out, definitely in need of replacing. The beds are very firm, it was uncomfortable for 4 nights.

Good value, great location and great host. We will definitely stay in this apartment when we come back to Zermatt.

Positiv: Excellent location, can easily access to supermarket, shops and to the transportation to train and cable car. Great host who always provides good instructions and information during our visit. The apartment is very spacious and clean and have everything we need, well equipped and family friendly. We have an amazing time in this apartment and enjoyed our trip in Zermatt.

Excelente estadía y calidad de alojamiento

Positiv: La ubicación inmejorable. La cocina super equipada. El tamaño del apartamento es más que suficiente para hasta 4 personas

Negativ: El ruido del extractor de aire del baño y del tablero eléctrico. Los colchones de la habitación con camas individuales podrían ser mejores (muy blandos son ahora). Respecto a la tasa turística, booking informa 3CHF pero en realidad cobran 4CHF.
