Negativ: Die Freundlichkeit der Dame vom Interhomebüro könnte noch verbessert werden. Eine Beleuchtung in der Nähe des Esstisches wäre schön.

Awesome place in Zermatt with the best location
Positiv: Location was unbeatable. Shower was very pleasant with a great water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. It might be a bit tough for elderly people to use the bathtub. Bathtub is a bit high.

Highly recommend accommodation and its location
Positiv: Location was superb, Zermatt village and its setting in the mountains exceeded our expectations, when combined with the location of the accommodation and easy access to two of the three ski areas, just the ideal place to stay.
Negativ: We arrived earlier than expected in Zermatt and went to collect keys from Interhome. There was someone in the office but he said they were closed. We then had to wait with all our luggage for three hours in the snow until they reopened. Saturdays and Sundays they should be open all day (The queue of people waiting when they did open was very long) as this is when most people would book in surely - very poor.

Positiv: Location was great, office about 2 blocks away, we arrived about 2pm and sat at a park next to the office for them to open at 3. Got the keys and went to the Apt. Nice kitchen and since restaurants were soo expensive it was a big plus. Cog train and vehicular are 2-300 feet away! The office has a key drop box when leaving but opened at 8 which worked for us. Balcony was very nice.

Positiv: Perfekt läge nära stationen. Rymligt boende med bra utrustning.
Negativ: Pärm samt papper vid ankomst med flera regler som gjorde att man kände sig något orolig för att göra fel direkt. Uppskattar information men det kunde givits på ett mer ödmjukt sätt för att kännas välkomnande.

Positiv: La ubicación , cerca de la estación y de la parada de bus gratis que te lleva a todos los sitios, la cocina muy buena, con todo lo necesario, eramos una pareja y es espacioso y cómodo.
Negativ: El sofá es incómodo porque los laterales están levantados (es el diseño)

Bon endroit pour passer quelques jours en montagne. Le réveil matin en cas de lever de soleil sur le Cervin est assuré!

Positiv: Apartamento amplo e bem localizado. Ótimo custo x benefício. Tanto é que estive neste mesmo apartamento em out24, e agora voltei nele. Próximo à estação de trem, e ao supermercado Coop (otimo supermecado, comum na Suíça). Ao lado do prédio há um ótimo local para tomar café (se não quiser trazer algo do Coop, e comer no próprio apartamento)
Negativ: 1) Barulho: estão fazendo reforma na rede de esgoto do prédio (do apartamento), e eles começam a trabalhar às 8h; 2) Comunicação com a administração: enviam várias mensagens para check-in e horário de chegada. Como considero tarde check-in às 16h, aproveitei uma das mensagens, e pedi check-in após 14h (aproximadamente uma semana antes). Apesar de Booking ter informado o envio do pedido, a Interhome não respondeu. Cheguei no escritório às 14:30h, e constatei que escritório só abre às 15h. Enfim, comunicação com a Interhome muito ruim (ou inexistente)!
