Jederzeit wieder
Positiv: Die Küche war die bestausgestattete Küche, die wir je in einer Ferienwohnung hatten. Ganz toll! Der Balkon war auch superschön. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung war sehr durchdacht, es fehlte an nichts. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir einen tollen Früchtekorb und eine Flasche leckeren Wein. Danke an die Gastgeber!!

excellent and central location
Positiv: excellent communication and personal reception at zermatt train station / then a taxi was arranged and paid for to our apartment. Apartment is central, lovely and charming. perfect for our stay. Also very short walk to ski rental and mountain funiculars or to the bus directly to gondola which goes directly to italian side.

Amazing apartment perfectly located
Positiv: Amazing location. A beautiful apartment with great view of the Matterhorn. Extremely comfortable for 2 adults, 2 tweenagers. All necessities provided for - plus wonderful welcome basket. Very helpful staff who were extremely responsive.

Duplex très bien aménagé à côté de Sunnega
Positiv: Joli petit duplex avec 2 chambres et 2 salle de douche. L’emplacement est idéal à 2 pas de Sunnega, à coté d’un arrêt de bus et dans le village. L’organisation des taxis pour arriver au pied de l’appartement! Tout s’est déroulé très rapidement. Vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon .
Negativ: Chambres relativement petites mais très bien emménagée.

Positiv: The apartment was beautiful and well-appointed. The location was great - very close to the train station, restaurants, shopping. It had a lovely view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The laundry room was helpful after several days of travel. Lesley and Stuart offered so much information and were responsive to all my questions.

Loved our stay, perfect location, nice view of the Matterhorn.
Positiv: We loved our stay at Pasadena Haus! This place is charming with the wood accents, decor, and personal touches. It’s is on the top floor that can be accessed with an elevator, and it has a nice view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. All of the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were nice and new. There are remotes to open the windows on the second floor, which was useful. We loved how close Pasadena Haus was to the train station, Coop, the Gornegrat Bahn, and Sunnegga station, this made it super convenient. We are very glad we chose a place that was close to the train station. We appreciated that there were laundry facilities in the building. I loved waking up early to watch the sunrise on the Matterhorn from the balcony. We would happily stay at Pasadena Haus again, very happy with our stay.
Negativ: It doesn’t have a microwave, but we were fine with using the stove. In the two twin bed room, the bed farthest from the window gets a little bit stuffy. Also I recommend asking for the Zermatt vouchers in advance so that you can print them before you leave on your trip.

Adorable Swiss apartment perfect for a family vacation to Zermatt
Positiv: This is an adorable apartment, in an amazing location, with spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Everything about the place is Swiss charming including the cute sheep blankets on the sofas. Everything we needed for our trip and potentially a much longer stay was available - even the knives were sharp! The owners and staff were great communicators and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
Negativ: No problems with anything during our visit.
