Haus Whymper by Zermatt Premium Apartments

Positiv: Great location, modern, clean big sunny apt with fantastic view of the matterhorn, very close to train, supermarket and main street.

The stay was excellent & thoroughly enjoyable.

Positiv: Location, quality and facilities. Check in communication and process was excellent. Property managers/booking staff were very efficient and attentive plus the App was exceptional.

Negativ: No washing machine/drier

Great location, great size rooms but a kitchen not designed for chefing…

Positiv: Great location. Big apartment, two great bathrooms.

Negativ: The kitchen was a problem. Well equipped but needs the extra worktop shown in the plan. Even cooking a basic breakfast lacked any preparation space apart from the draining area. The extra facilities were a little over promoted and the fact it was high season only was a little buried in the description area. It is a unique feature and the hotel was open but no pool or other facilities available

Positiv: Brilliant central location 150m from Zermatt railway station and less than 100m from mountain cog railway. No need to worry about using an electric taxi. 1 minute from main street - supermarkets and shops. Magic view of Matterhorn from terrace, bedroom and living room. Modern stylishly furnished apartment all facilities inc Nespresso machine. Two bathrooms. Ground floor no stairs or lifts to worry about. So good as we had large cases. Very friendly people in the apartment block..All in all magnificent place to stay.

Negativ: Nothing.

Positiv: Spacious and very comfortable. Very centrally located. Nice to have two bathrooms. Spa facilities are excellent.

Negativ: Almost faultless. At a stretch, it was annoying there wasn't a saucepan large enough to boil pasta in.

Great location

Positiv: Close to train station, co-op, ski bus, and great view of the Matterhorn. Very comfortable.

Negativ: Need throw blankets to make sitting in chairs or couch more pleasant. The sheep skins on the couch could have been used, but that seemed weird. Other downside is the lights from the sports facility was a bit harsh.

Positiv: 1. 地理位置非常方便，可能是距离Zermatt火车站最近的民宿之一，火车站步行3分钟即到，距离两个主要超市均是2-3分钟步行，距离上山的小火车1分钟步行 2. 房间非常宽敞，我们是两个人住，性价比非常高，对于Zermatt晚春的多变天气，在房间休息也是非常舒适的，而且房间的取暖设备比较多，不会觉得冷 3. 房东Laura和Philip回复信息比较及时，在桌上送了我们小巧克力和当地地图（也可以在火车站旁边旅游信息中心领取） 4. 这间套房可能是这栋楼里面唯一一个做成民宿的，所以周围非常安静 5. 窗外视野开阔，是一个网球场，天气足够好的时候，可以看到马特洪峰 6. wifi稳定 7. 厨具齐全，有烤箱和洗碗机，很适合自己做饭，相比起去餐厅省了不少钱 8. 房间家具很新、很干净

Negativ: 1. 房间里发热的东西过多，我看到灯泡是歪的，想要调整一下，结果烫到了手 2. 没有微波炉

Negativ: Tudo perfeito

Very Nice Stay

Positiv: Super close to the Train station and the CO-OP grocery store. The room had great amenities and a good kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable.

Negativ: Late check in starting at 5pm. Hockey rink open til late with bright lights. Surprise that you have to get naked in the sauna and steam rooms with both genders. I didn't know until i got in there and saw the sign on the way out. American modesty.

Positiv: The location was amazing, right by the train stations and within the village. It was easy to adventure on the mountain, return to the apartment to clean up, and head out to the village for dinner. Having a view of the Matterhorn from the living room was an exceptional treat!

Negativ: We could have used more clean wash cloths and towels to support our entire stay since there was not a daily housekeeping service to replenish but that is trivial compared to the positive experience and stay.
