Positiv: Es ist ganz einfach gesagt....alles war super,geräumige 2 Zimmerwohnung,sehr gute Lage nähe Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Haus. Die Vermieterin Frau Jullier holte mich am Bahnhof ab.Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Werde sicher wieder kommen

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Zermatt
Positiv: The highlight of our trip was our exceptional host, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay in Zermatt. When our trains were delayed, he proactively called hotels in Visp to ensure rooms were available for us to stay overnight. Arriving in Visp at 11:00 PM after a long, tiring journey, my only focus was finding a warm place for my family to rest. To my pleasant surprise, Mr. Jullier had already arranged two rooms for us at the Baxter Hotel. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and centrally located—just a short walk from the main train station. With a Coop supermarket downstairs and numerous restaurants nearby, our stay was both convenient and wonderful. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Zermatt!

Excellent apartment. We will visit it again with family and friends.
Positiv: Charlotte and Jean-Pierre are excellent hosts. Any questions we had were attended to immediately. Excellent communicators and very friendly. The apartment has everything a couple/family need. It is exceptionally clean; it is spacious; the location is excellent; and the essential amenities and services are metres away.
Negativ: We liked everything about the apartment. My wife and I have nothing negative to say.

Absolutely would stay in this apartment in this room again!
Positiv: The host met us at the train station. Showed us around the village on the way to the apartment, then took us to our apartment. The apartment is close to the train station. The apartment was large, comfortable & very warm. The kitchen had every utensil possible(except tongs)!! The oven was great. A large comfortable couch. Bed comfortable & warm and large, soft pillows. The washing machine was a bonus when travelling. The shower was good. The bathroom a good size.The vernadah was large with a table and chairs. Large picture windows. There was heating all rooms. When the sun came out, the view of the Matterhorn was amazing! Hosts called in a couple of times to check on us as well!
Negativ: Our trip was hampered by the largest snow in ages in Zermatt, with no power, no shower for a couple of days or heating or cooking. Whole village down though! No transport in or out. But throughout the apartment stayed warm and comfortable, Food out in snow on the verandah! The hosts also checked on us!

Positiv: The place is excelent. Spacious, clean right by the train. Excelent location close to everything. And the view was the best. Beds comfortable, everything was provided.

Positiv: Centrally located apartament, equipped with everything what you can find useful during your holidays. Very, very clean. Supermarket is in the same building downstsirs. Very nice owner. I can 100% recommend these apartament and will be back soon. The Matterhorn view from the balcony is astonishing!

Amazing accommodation next to the train station
Positiv: Location: just opposite of the train station and next to the Gornergrat train station. There's a Coop in the same building hence, no need to leave the building if you want to get something from the grocery. Also the big balcony has a view of the Matterhorn. The flat is well furnished and equiped with everything one needs to live in. The bed sofa is also very comfy to sleep in. All in all a great gem in Zermatt. The friendly host picked us up from the train station that gives you a welcoming feeling. We were all very happy and satisfied with everything of this flat that also comes with a lift. Just bring your own shampoo that is the only thing they don't provide. Thank you to the very responsive and helping host for their kindness and the great accommodation. We will definitely stay here next time when we come back again.
Negativ: We found some hairs on the floor in the bathroom but we weren't bothered about that. Other than that the flat was tidy and clean.
