Positiv: tolle Lage nahe Bahnhof und Zentrum, grandiose Aussicht auf Matterhorn, sonniger Balkon, Nespresso Gerät

Negativ: kein Beistelltisch zu Sofa da, erst Nachfrage ergab, dass in Reparatur, bei Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt!

Positiv: Close to the lift and bus stop. Staff in the office are very helpful. Any issues just message them and they shall sort it straight away

Negativ: Zermatt is just expensive!

Positiv: The room is spacious for 2 pax. The balcony view of the Matterhorn is great.

Negativ: The recycling bin location is not in English, It took us a while to find out that it is behind the Coop supermarket building. Not recommended for those who do not like to help the host to remove bed linen after the stay.

Values for money

Positiv: We didn't have a chance to meet the staff because we stay over the weekend and checked in & out are after office hour, however all instructions are clear and there is no problem at all. The location is great and are close to railway station. It also commands a great view of Matterhorn and we enjoyed very much of the view right at the balcony. Good, clean and well maintain facilities.

Positiv: 初めてのアパートメントタイプ宿泊でしたが、鍵の受け渡し(キーボックス)もわかりやすく部屋もきれいで楽しく過ごす事ができました。

Negativ: なし

Positiv: Lock box super easy. Ski room is excellent. Has elevator. Super location.

Negativ: Kitchen should have a microwave. No other recommendations.

Positiv: Het fantastische uitzicht op de Matterhorn. Badkamer was prima en de keuken was ook volledig uitgerust. Ondanks dat we nogal sceptisch stonden tegenover een opklapbed, hebben we hier prima op geslapen.

Negativ: We misten een koekenpan of braadpan om vlees of een eitje te kunnen bakken. Verder eigenlijk niks.

Great apartment! we would stay again

Positiv: it was spotless and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the location to the village was perfect! Quiet and comfortable

Negativ: The pillows needed replacing and the room temperature was too warm
