Great budget accommodation in Zermatt

Positiv: Fast check in an transfer of keys. Clean , quiet, close to the lifts and the supermarket and cafe. Handy for the skiset ski hire shop.

Negativ: it was a 10 minute walk from the apartment to pick up keys - which could have been a little clearer on the information sheet. Could have done with a thicker curtain.

Nice room with good view and good location, but the check-in & check-out procedures are no good.

Positiv: The location is great; it's very close to the train station but is quiet. Just outside our patio door there is a large garden. Although it may be shared with another flat, but it is still a very nice setting. If the weather is fine, we can even have a glimpse of the top left part of Matterhorn from a corner of the kitchen!

Negativ: The check-in & check-out procedures are complicated & even to the point of ridiculous. Even after booking & payment, we're still required to do an \

Property itself is great!!!!! But hope property manager company can work on easier check in check out process .

Positiv: I like everything about this property, clean, spacious, The only thing was , we arrived by Glacier Express after 6pm, “ key holder “ company was off the office hour, the key box located opposite site of the town,instruction was not very clear, neither not familiar with area, it was a bit confused and inconvenient after all day long travel . In the middle of staying in town, we have to compromise our itinerary, stop by “key holder “ office to signed up a document. On the day we checked out, we had to carry our luggage, walk cross the town to drop the key, and walk back to train station
