Schöne Wohnung mit guter Einrichtung

Positiv: Einrichtung stilvoll und modern. Nette Vermieterin (spricht „nur“ englisch).

Negativ: Zugang zum Haus etwas beschwerlich. Den Berg hoch und dann von oben wieder runter. Gut für die Fitness….

Luxurious group stay with great Matterhorn view

Positiv: Very comfortable and spacious property with great and well thought out facilities. Every detail is high quality. Very nice and caring hosts. Ideal for group stays

Negativ: Nothing to mention except rather steep climbs on the way to and from the property but it is hardly avoidable given it is located on the mountain

Positiv: Apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The view of the Matterhorn and mountains was stunning. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Close enough to walk to town centre. Our communication with Jo was excellent and she could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We would give a rating of 11/10 if we could!

Great stay in a lovely apartment, hosts were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, thanks to Rebecca and Lizz

Positiv: Lovely apartment in a great location just a short walk to the centre of Zermatt. The apartment was very well appointed had everything you needed. With a view of the Matterhorn. A nice touch to have a few essentials on arrival, fresh bread was lovely it felt very homely. Nice to come back to after a day in the mountains.

Negativ: There are lots of steps down to the property but in Zermatt that it not unusual.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Chez Nous Zermatt.

Positiv: Being met at the train station was an unexpected bonus and the welcome pack was exceptional. The apartment was spotless and the decor was bright and comfortable. Its proximity to the town and restaurants was a plus. Both Lizzie and Rebecca were always available to give information and assistance even prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

Perfect

Positiv: A beautiful apartment that worked perfectly and looked lovely. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable and uncrowded while not lacking a single item that we might have needed. The position was excellent for the slopes and for shops and restaurants. The welcome and local advice were really helpful and very quick and friendly.

Positiv: the apartment is amazing, you can have an awesome view just from the balcony and dinning room which is fantastic . definitely worth to live here in Zermatt.

Superb apartment and friendly welcoming host Lizzie :)

Positiv: Host Lizzie welcomed us on our first day and helped with the check-in and out process. The apartment was larger than we expected, and we appreciated the view of Matterhorn from our balcony :) The kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed for meal preparation.

The house is immaculate , really well finished and Lizzie has thought of everything you could need. A lot of attention to detail and our comfort. Obviously well located with stunning views
