Great place to stay and great value for money in Zermatt, and if skiing close to Sunegga lift

Positiv: The apartment is a cozy and well furnished room with a full kitchen corner and everything you need to save some money by cooking at home for dinner and preparing snacks for the slopes. We started with 3 in the room and my wife joined at the end of the week, that worked comfortably with the large queen bed and two bunk beds for the kids. I didn't look at it closely while booking, but was pleased to find the property was conveniently close to the Zermatt-Sunegga train/lift, we took that almost every day and from there could easily connect to the entire ski area including Furi/Trockener Steg and the Glacier Paradise. Also not far from the Zermatt Bahnhof. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.

Negativ: The only negative I can think if is that the boot heaters in the ski room didn't seem to be working, boots were cold and still damp in the morning, and that is a building facility not the owner's, but hopefully they will fix it. Other than that everything was nearly perfect!

Recommend it!

Positiv: Very good situated, just a couple of minutes from the train station. Check-in was very easy and the host very responsive.

Negativ: Well to be honest the only thing lacking was in the bathroom. No shower gel nor shampoo. As a hotelier myself, I fell these things should be provided or at least mentioned that they aren’t,at the time of the booking.
