Geräumige Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Positiv: Helle und geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Günstige Lage, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss von Bahnhof, Gornergratbahn, Sunneggabahn und Treffpunkt Skischule.

Negativ: nix

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Host is nice. Have a comfortable stay for the vacation in Zermatt.

Negativ: Would be perfect if washing machine is available.

Huge comfortable apartment in a great location

Positiv: 1. Very close to the main train station, Gornergrat station and food/shopping. If you are planning to go to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, you can either walk to the cable car station (which is quite a walk) or you can take the green bus from opposite the main train station. 2. Huge apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 separate toilets, one of which came with a bathtub…. A bonus for the kids. 3. I liked the extensive balcony. Though there was no view, it was still nice to be able to sit outside and drink my coffee. 4. Large comfortable side and living space 5. Quiet peaceful neighbourhood (at least while we were there in June)

Negativ: 1. No washing machine in the apartment. This was a huge disappointment for us a family of 5 since we do generate a lot of laundry as we travel. With it being such a huge apartment, there is ample space for a washing machine and dryer. The closest laundromat - Nähatelier & Waschsalon Doli - about a 400m walk from the apartment where you can drop off your laundry and pick it up the next day. This is not a self serve laundromat and it is a shop operated but a group of ladies. Laundry prices are per basket and our family’s 2-3 days worth of clothes came up to CHF39… not cheap. But they do a great job and even fold all the clothes nicely for you when you pick it up. Look for the Zap bookstore and there is a staircase next to it leading to the basement laundromat. 2 Poor lighting over the dining table. Please consider installing a dining light over the dining table. 3 Apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Not a huge issue. But bear in mind that the staircase is narrow and if you have large luggage as we did, man-handling them up the stairs can be challenging. 4. If anyone is wondering… No, you cannot see the Matterhorn from this apartment.

Perfect for a Zermatt stay!

Positiv: Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, perfect location. The beds and furniture were comfy. Upton the Manager was fantastic. He was super friendly, met us at the train, escorted us to the apartment and explained everything. He also said to contact him if we needed anything. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and he came and fixed it w/i 20 minutes. A lovely stay!

Negativ: There is nothing we did not like.

Good location with great owner

Positiv: The owner waiting for us at main train station, it is very kind of her! Everything was perfect in her house. Clean, comfort and relax in the same time. She also suggested a tips around Zermatt (How to get a view of Matterhorn) The location of house is really great, nearby train station, gornergrat bahn and sunnegga bahn. So easy to walk around.

Negativ: None

Positiv: appartement très spacieux avec 3 chambres lits doubles et deux salles de bains avec WC (une baignoire et une douche) hôte très sympa qui est venu nous donner les clés et montrer l'appartement. Nous avons également pu laisser nos sacs dans l'appartement après le checkout le jour du départ situation idéale tout proche de la gare très grand balcon

We would definitely recommend this apartment and if we ever return to Zermatt would love to stay the

Positiv: The apartment was very nice. There was plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked. We had breakfast and made lunch in the kitchen and ate dinner out. Upton Clue met us to give us the key and show us around. Location was great and close to everything.

Negativ: One of the lights in the bedroom blew a fuse. Upton quickly arrived and resolved the issue. But it appeared that the owners already knew this was a problem. The second bathroom had a tub and if there were glass walls it could have been used as a second shower.

Positiv: Everything about this place was just perfect. The host met us at the house upon our arrival. She communicated exactly when and where to meet. She made time to give us a briefing on the place and the town so we knew everything we needed to know. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. Our 3 night stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Zermatt.

Positiv: Groot appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en op een goede locatie.

Negativ: De skiberging, zonder verwarming en schoendrogers
