Amazing location, warm spacious apartment, highly recommend.

Positiv: Spacious living area, everything needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms both large with comfy beds. Lively building with ski locker room. Location amazing, short walk to ski lift and 10 mins to town. Very easy check in!

Negativ: Second bathroom very small with tight space for toilet. Some light bulbs missing making apartment slightly dull in the evenings. Could do with slightly better pillows.

Comfortable traditional apartment in good location - good value

Positiv: Traditional Swiss apartment in the Alps. A bit tired but charming and a good value for the money. We were two couples and were comfortable enough. One room is downstairs and one of the second floor - last floor of the building. Great balcony with a beautiful view. Building was quiet. Clean and well equipped- we found all we needed. Location was good - walkable to downtown and other areas of beautiful Zermatt. We would book again.

Negativ: The keys are picked up in downtown and the instructions were a bit rushed. The apartment has no number which was different and confusing so I called to inquire and the woman who answered seemed a bit bothered- « like we told you » sort of answer. Check in is late and check out early at 10 am who complicated things to enjoy another day of skiing before leaving.
