Casa delle Stelle by Zermatt Premium Apartments

Positiv: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s located on the first floor and features a nice balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The apartment has been newly refurbished and feels warm, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s perfect for 3 people, with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that easily converts into a comfortable bed. The bathroom is modern and well maintained, and the apartment is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a relaxing stay. For skiers, there is a convenient ski room on the ground floor, which made storing equipment very easy. The location is also great: the ski lifts are about a 10–15 minute walk away, and the train station can be reached in around 20–25 minutes on foot. There is also a free bus that runs nearby, which makes getting around even easier, though one can walk anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Positiv: Exceptionally clean and modern with all the facilities you needed to self cater. Very comfortable beds. Close walk into town and. I dealt with Tanja who was very responsive when I had any questions.

Negativ: Small thing but no washing machine. However we only had a shirt stay so it was not needed and we had investigated washing service available in town if we come back and stay longer.

Great apartment, great stay!

Positiv: Fiona and Tanja were amazing with their communication and service. The place was beautiful and actually much closer to everything than I thought, the red bus line is a few steps away. The accommodation is really beautifully done and well stocked. The daily bread delivery service was so cool too! Will be back

We felt right at home from the very beginning. When we arrived there was a little welcome note and some Swiss chocolate

Positiv: The apartment we stayed was just beautiful, very spacious and perfect for six people. We loved everything about it. The kitchen was very good equipped and everything was super clean. The apartment even had a balcony and a room to store the skies.

Negativ: Everything was perfect!

Positiv: The apartment is in a great location, so we could reach the various cable cars, railways and town centre easily on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was beautifully fitted out and very clean. The view from the balcony was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi and the maintenance man was very friendly, polite and efficient and it was fixed quickly. Bread service is a great idea too and the bread/croissants were delicious.

Negativ: Nothing to note.

Wonderful experience

Positiv: A very nice apartment, clean, cozy, and quiet. Check-in was easy, with detailed and useful instructions from the host. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked every day during our stay. We were also happy to have an elevator; it made moving our luggage up and down much easier.

The apartment is still great after our last visit 5 years ago!

Positiv: The apt is very clean. In fact, we were in the same apt 5 years ago and it looks just as clean and as nice as it was then. The layout was very good and great for a family of 4-6 people. It doesn't have a direct view of the Matterhorn, but that is fine for us because we got a view of the village.

Negativ: I didn't like the idea of not been able to check into the apt until after 17:00 and then having to check out at 10:00. It shouldn't take this long to clean and apt. Even if they manage multiple apts, I am sure they have several crews to clean. Then, if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay additional CHF50 unless you had booked it via their website. If you are staying more than 3-4 days, it is too bad they don't have a washer/dryer in the apt and you will need to reserve a timeslot for the communal machines.

Extraordinary place to stay at and definitely not the last.

Positiv: Not the first time to stay at Casa delle Stelle. The place is very modern and cozy at the same time. Quite spacious for Zermatt and very safe when it comes to who can access the place. Also, it’s equipped with an elevator which made it easier to go up and down with luggage. I can keep on going on how amazing it was but will run out space.

Negativ: It had a washing area but not clear how much money to put in so I end up putting 17 FRANCS! No change. Everyone staying at the place enjoyed washing their clothes for free 😅

We had a pleasant stay!

Positiv: I booked the 3 bedrooms apartment on Level 5. One of the room has beautiful view overlooking Zermatt. The other one has skylight windows. The last room was facing other people’s balcony. The house is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you needed - to have good rest and cook meals after long day outside. I was impressed there were tv’s in each area/room. The nearest bus stop is Luchre. Get on the free bus (Red Line) opposite the main train station and stop at Luchre, this bus stop is less than 2 minutes away to the apartment.

Negativ: There’s no mountain view from the hall or dining area. I wish their check-in time is earlier, they set it 5pm which for me is very late and inconvenient.
