Positiv: Lage etwas exponiert, aber die meisten von uns wandern gerne. Jacuzzi war perfekt für die kleinen Enkel!

Positiv: Very well located. Few steps from the train station and grocery stores. It's clean and well equipped. WiFi is great.

Negativ: It looks bigger in the photos than it actually is.

Luxurious chalet with amazing view

Positiv: Location is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The chalet is large, extremely well furnished and equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the sauna and BBQ.

Negativ: Lots of hills and stairs to get up there, but the view is worth it! The lift stopped suddenly and made clunking noises, might need attention. There was a large spider in the bath.

Comfortable and convenient place with everything you need right in the heart of Zermatt

Positiv: The apartment was very nice and in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore Zermatt. Check-in was smooth and the place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Negativ: The apartment felt a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, and since the windows and terrace face nearby apartments and hotels, it’s not the most private if you like to keep them open.
