Good Value Apartments by MX Zermatt

Ein kleines, gut ausgestattetes Apartment in bester Lage.

Positiv: Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage im Ort - zentral, aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Es war gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Kochgeräten. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit durch Rolläden hat uns gut gefallen.

Negativ: Die Durchmesser von Töpfen und Pfannen passten nicht wirklich zu den zwei Kochfeldern. Kaffeekochen mit Nespresso-Kapseln ist nicht umweltgerecht und erzeugt jede Menge unnötigen Müll.

Sehr gutes zweckmässiges Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt.Matterhornblick vom Balkon Inklusive.

Positiv: Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr erfreulich war auch dass das Zimmer nach einigen Tagen gereinigt wurde und die Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche ersetzt wurden.

Positiv: Die zentrale Lage ist super. Die Grösse ist ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Küche bietet alles, was es braucht.

Negativ: Aktuell war gerade eine Baustelle beim Triftbach, was den Zugang zeitweise erschwerte oder gar verunmöglichte. Wir mussten von der anderen Seite her zum Haus. Ab 7 Uhr startete die Baustelle mit Lärm, was uns dann weckte.

Es waren unvergessliche Tage!!

Positiv: Location and facilities especially the washing machine

Value for money by Swiss standards.

Positiv: Great location only 10min walk from the train station yet close to the centre of the village. Easy to get to with luggage. Small but well equipped. Lift access. Good view to church and close to climber's cemetery. Church bell chimes regularly during the day but stops at night. Comfortable bed and good sound proofing.

Negativ: Directions to get into the apartment were a little unclear and didn't allow for building work. Construction works underway which we were warned about but didn't bother us as we were there on a public holiday and weekend. Instructions for washing machine and garbage collection on a QR code by the door which we didn't find on the first day. Might have been better to have it on the table. There is a washing machine in the apartment block, but you need Swiss francs.

It is worth to stay in Zermatt at this property. I recommend to try once to stay here for your memorable journy at Zerma

Positiv: Very nice property where you can feel homely stay. Staff are very responsive and very helpful. Property is very nice and excellent maintained. Location is prime. All tourist points are close to property with walking distance. I specially thanks to staff for making our stay lovely.

Positiv: We didnt actually stay in the apartment we had selected and paid for and were moved to a different apartment. The new apartment was fantastic. The facilities were absolutely amazing and the apartment was really clean, tidy and very well equipped and was a really nice space to stay in.

Negativ: Unfortuntunately construction was taking place right outside our original apartment and this would have been unbearable for the whole holiday as they workmen started really early in the morning until about 6pm. However, we contacted Mountain Exposure straight away and explained that we were very unhappy with the work taking place right outside the door (the work men were literally looking straight into what was our bedroom)!. Bronagh could not have been more helpful in organising for us to move apartment. She was very patient and understanding as to why we felt we could not stay in the initial apartment. When we made the move, we could not fault it and our stay moving forward was then excellent. We really did appreciate that this apartment was far superior to the one we had booked initially and were extremely grateful that we had been moved away from the necessary work being carried out to the building.

Wonderful location, great cosy apartment for a couple, loved it.

Positiv: The location in the town could not be better, just a short walk from the station. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, even down to coffee pods, washing machine tabs etc. Very comfortable, nice to have the balcony. We had a small issue with the sink, fixed in a flash with excellent comms.

Negativ: Nothing, would have liked to have a tiny bedside table on each side of the bed but that’s only a suggestion.

Zermatt beauty

Positiv: Location was great. Good communication with the host. Kitchen was well supplied although would have like a toaster. Comfortable bed.

Negativ: Some repair work on the creek outside but not the accommodations fault.
