Positiv: Amazing Matterhorn Views – love the view from the balcony. Great Location – Close to the town center, shops, restaurants, and lifts, yet quiet. Clean and Comfortable – Spacious, spotless apartments with cozy living areas. Family Friendly – Board games for kids, baby gates, and a homey feel. Fantastic Host – Judith, the host, is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
Negativ: Limited Toiletries – Some guests expected more bathroom amenities (like shampoo or soap)

Excellent location in an excellent resort.
Positiv: Excellent location, you can walk to the Sunnega lift (with boots on), with Gornergrat and Matterhorn being a simple bus ride with stops close to the apartment. Shops and central station as well as restaurants etc. are also an easy walk. Judith was an excellent host, we were snowed in for a couple of days and Judith kept us informed of any transport updates and provided great advice on making our transfer easier. The apartment has a proper 3 bedrooms, no cupboards acting as bedrooms here.
Negativ: Everything went very smoothly despite being snowed in for a couple of days which obviously nobody can control.

We fell in love with Zermatt during our stay at Ascot. Location was amazing and value for money.
Positiv: View of Matterhown from main bedroom & living area was special. Location was excellent. Close to centre of town, bus, train, supermarket, shops, restaurants. Judith was a great host who answered all of my queries/questions promptly and was eager to make our stay special.
Negativ: Cutlery and glassware was limited in the kitchen. Washing machine was in basement. I would prefer my own in the apartment. 2nd bathroom was narrow.

Positiv: It was a wonderful apartment for a family of 5. The view of the Matterhorn was incredible. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, warm, close to everything and easy to find. Definitely book this one! ❤️

Positiv: Can easily reach by foot. Mainly road surfaces so no problem with luggage. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn at the main balcony. Able to take some awesome photos of the Matterhorn here. My wife loved it.
Negativ: We are required to remove all bedsheets, pillow covers etc before checking out. This is my first such experience as I have been to quite a number of countries without having to do that.

Fantastic stay overall. If we make it back to Zermatt we'd definitely consider staying here again.
Positiv: Great location and view. The home provided plenty of room and comfort for our family of four.
Negativ: I thought the washing machine was supposed to be in the apartment, not in a laundry room on the bottom level. Glad there was still access, just a minor inconvenience.

Negativ: Somewhat involved check-out procedure. Got some judgmental remarks from the janitor who cleans the stairwell and common spaces.
