Face D'or Luxury Serviced Apartments

Location, accommodation and host were perfect!!

Positiv: Our host (Joel and Magdalena) were amazing they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station. Joel meet us at the apartment, show us through the beautiful apartment and how to use everything. The accommodation is a new build beautifully decorated with a Wellness centre over looking Matterhorn, we had a yummy home cooked breakfast included deliver to our room. The location is central easy access to village and train station. We will be back!!

Positiv: Perfect location and the views from the stay were amazing. The place was spotless and the cleaning services each day were spot on. Breakfast was superb and service of it was on time. If I’m visiting Zermatt again, I will definitely be back to stay here again.

A Slice of Heaven in the Heart of Nature

Positiv: Our stay at Face d’Or was absolutely exceptional! The entire facility is stunning – every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere is both elegant and cozy. The wellness area is remarkable – a true haven of relaxation and beauty. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Magdalena, the owner – the sweetest person on Earth! She made us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. We genuinely enjoyed every minute of our time there and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Positiv: This new apartment in Zermatt was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. On arrival, the host met us at the apartment. It was a lovely modern twist apartment, with your luxury elements. It had a spacious balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and each morning breakfast arrived at your chosen time, which was amazing and freshly made to order. The host was exceptionally great and lovely, anything we needed or recommendations we asked for, was great help. Highly recommended stay for Zermatt, only a 5min walk to train station/town and great location for skiing.

Positiv: We had amazing stay in this new apartment in Zermatt! Everything inside is really top quality - the furniture, the kitchen, everything. The terrace is very big and perfect for sitting outside. What I liked most was that you get wide array of services like in room breakfast, can ask for a nanny or babysitter, professional laundry (not just normal washing machine), and more. The wellness area on the rooftop was really nice for relaxing at the end of a day. I must also say about the host - very kind person who helped with everything we needed. For us, it was perfect combination of luxury apartment with hotel services. Much better than staying in normal hotel room! Everything was new and working perfectly. The location in Zermatt is also very good. By the way a convenient access with a stroller straight to apartment door. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to have special holiday in Swiss Alps!
