New West Station

Positiv: To be honest, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I arrived feeling a bit worried. However, from the very first moment I messaged the property, the communication was attentive and helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted by a man who was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage until the place was ready. When we returned, everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable, the heating worked well, the sheets were soft, and the hot water worked perfectly. There was also shower gel and extra toilet paper provided. From the breakfast area we could see the mountains, which was beautiful. The location was also very convenient — close to the train station and with two supermarkets nearby. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent. Thank you very much!

Negativ: Close to west Interlaken station Much far away from ost Interlaken station than I expected. A lot of floor noise during the night.

Positiv: it is near the station around 3-5min walk. accesible to all. ive got the whole apartment and we enjoy our stay. recommended hostel.

Positiv: The location was very close to the train station and easy to navigate, definitely much cheaper compare to other apartments nearby.

Affordable stay for Switzerland.

Positiv: Walking distance from Interlaken west station and restaurants. We had a big apartment with multiple rooms, private kitchen and bathroom

Negativ: Pillows are very flat, no ac/working heaters. Not enough wall plugs. No elevator, you will have to carry your bags up the stairs, which may be hard if you are older.

Positiv: The place is good, the location, the amenities provided are sufficient. Good for family. Walkable to bus/train station. The host is amazingly good and the check in process is simple. Overall, good!

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Positiv: Location was amazing. 5 min flat walk to central interlaken. Kitchenette with everything you might need. We used it a lot considering the price of eating out in Switzerland. Saved us a lot of money.

Negativ: The place was small but interlaken is so beautiful we barely spent any time there anyways. Was perfect for what we needed.
