Wonderful stay - thank you!

Positiv: Good location, just a short walk to Interlaken West station and nearby supermarket. The apartment was lovely - very comfortable, spacious, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Great communication and easy check instructions. The staff were super helpful.

Negativ: Very minor detail, but it was a little too warm in the apartment (despite turning things off). We just opened sliding door to cool apartment.

Great location, clean and very responsive host.

Positiv: Very spacious, and the host was very responsive. They also had luggage storage facility to go sightseeing after check out.

Negativ: The property could supply basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and milk to start with.

Excellent. Will try to stay at other locations too.

Positiv: The apartment location is superb, well stocked kitchen and amenities, lots of space. You have everything you will possibly need. The parking access was great to have as well. Recommend for anyone staying in Interlaken.

Negativ: The access to keys when we arrived late at night in the rain with a small child was just a tiny bit tricky. Would’ve been very tricky for anyone without a car. We were fine as we could drive between the office and the apartment.

No microwave in the flat . It is a necessity .

Positiv: Keys should have been at the site and not a different address. It’s very easy to put a key box outside the flat .

Negativ: Keys picking up from a different location

اقامتي في انترلاكن جميلة للغاية والشقة فوق المتوقع انصحكم بها

Positiv: كانت الشقة بدون افطار وكنت على علم بهذا ولكن يوجد كل ادوات الطبخ فالمطبخ والشقة راقية جدا وجميلة والاهم النظافة كانت نظيفة جدا انصح بها والموقع هادىء بعيد عن المحلات

Negativ: لا شي

Positiv: everything is ok as a location clean and wide enough good kitchen equip

Negativ: no air condition no flyscreen if some one whants to open the window no privecy specilly first and ground floor chech -in and chech -out is not fair chek in at 4 pm and chek out at 10 am is not fair at all The hotel office is very far away from the apartment difficult to reach esely

Positiv: قربها من السنتر يبعد 10 دقايق مشي ويوجد تحت السكن سوبرماركت كوب وانصح بالسكن فيها ولكن لا انصح بالسكن في شهر 7 و 8 لانه لايوجد فيها تكييف

Negativ: عدم وجود تكييف

Positiv: Every thing is perfect in this apartment. Location, cleanliness, private parking…etc. It is highly recommended for families.

Negativ: Check in is not in the same place, we have to get the key from there office,4-5 minutes by car.

Positiv: דירה מסודרת ומאורגנת , לא היה חסר כלום. מטבח מאובזר, מקלחות נוחות, מיטות נוחות אפילו מכונת כביסה ומייבש. סופרמרקט מתחת לבניין , מושלם.

Positiv: Everything was good and big apartment modern near to the center we love it , good parking place

Negativ: Nothing , if there’s an air conditioning will be good for summer
