Excellent 👌

Positiv: It was an excellent property. We were family of 4 . Me , my husband and my two kids. Every facility was there. Train station and bus stop was very close around 400 m walk. Coop is just downstairs from where you can buy your groceries. Kichen is full of utensils and cookwares. I think everything in kitchen was more than enough. Thanks for giving us your property on rent. We will have a memorable trip because of your property. My kids had a lot of fun there.

Negativ: I only didn’t like was bed. The bed was very low in height and makes a lot of noise . The height of bed is so low that I couldn’t sleep properly all 4 nights of my stay. Because i have knee problem and backache, it was very uncomfortable for me.

Huge, well equipped apartment. Access to washing machine and dryer.

Positiv: Huge, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Access to washer and dryer as well as dishwasher and microwave. Very clean and modern. <10 min walking distance to nearest groceries. 10 min walk to Interlaken West Station, may then take the bus or train to Interlaken Ost for further transfers. Friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay here.

Negativ: Note the opening hours of the office for check in as they are not always open and you will need to attend there in person for payment and check in.

We had a excellent stay at the property, other than few hickups for collecting the key.

Positiv: Location was perfect for the travel as the Bus station & Railway Station is 5 mins walk

Negativ: collection of key after at their office, advance payment to given at their office not online. This was the only pain we had as we arrived after their office hours. The property and their office is 15 min drive.

Loved the apartment and view

Positiv: Very efficient and friendly host who was very responsive to queries and requests.

Negativ: Apartment was a little sterile in feel. Lack of free cooking condiments such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen but every single thing needed to be purchased and then disposed of, at the end of the stay.

Not value for money

Positiv: The place is clean and comfortable but a bit stuffy. We need to request for fans to air the apartment. Better quality fans should be provided in line with decor of apartment. The fans made a lot of noise due to its lower quality.

Negativ: The location is like 8 minutes walk from rail/ bus station. Insufficient amenities for 4 pax even though we paid for 4 persons to stay for 7 nights since rental is charged by days and number of pax staying. Only 1 small set of shampoo shower and body lotion in each bathroom. These small details would make us happy.

Positiv: Overall excellent experience! Location was great. Comfortable beds and spacious living area with kitchen.

Negativ: Fans/cooling system as sometimes it’s hot but rooms are not that cool. If we open windows, bugs/mosquitos come in at night so have to close the windows as well and fans are of very low quality which do not throw proper air.

Excellent apartment and location. Convenience store downstairs.

Positiv: The apartment met our expectations and was exactly like pictured. Very clean and tidy. Good beds. Proper blinds. Kitchen was well equipped incl. toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine. Big balcony equipped with table, enough chairs, sunbeds and sunblind. The office for picking up the keys was conveniently located right by Interlaken Ost station and easy to find. On departure we dropped the keys into the key box located in the building. Location was excellent, nearby Interlaken West station. Coop petrol station store downstairs was convenient and the assortment optimal, so we ended up visiting it on daily basis. The closest supermarket is Migros, 5 mins walk. Extension of check-out time was possible for extra cost, 50 CHF / 2 hours extension. The office staff was very supportive and sent me my forgotten purse afterwards.

Negativ: Induction stove manual would have been useful. We googled to find any manual to unlock the child lock, which was preset. TV apps (Netflix, Youtube) unavailable. As for value for money. maybe not the best option.

Positiv: Great place to stay, good location, very clean and has everything you could want or need.

Negativ: The only negative is having to collect the keys from the other end of town and then return them at the end of your stay. This is a good 20 min walk and can be a pain if you are travelling with kids or elderly or have a lot of luggage.
