Family apartments

Positiv: The location is so good and just a 8 min walk from Interlaken west train station and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The house is clean and kitchen is well equipped.

Negativ: Too bad, there is no laundry and dryer, however, there is a laundromat which is 250 meters away.

Positiv: Its a three bedroom apartment with a big drawing and dining area and 2 washrooms. A big flatscreen TV, good wifi and lot of kitchen utilities. We travelled with three kids and had no problem on cooking twice a day. The place is very near to bus stop (3 min walk), restaurants and supermarkets are very nearby. We loved the place.

Negativ: The place does not have lift and the apartment is on 2nd floor. If you have heavy luggage, you need to use stairs.

We loved the size and location!!

Positiv: Liked the location, size, and value for money. Cleanliness was a big plus! Host was also very nice and assisted us well!

Negativ: The pillows were too flat, and towels only change on the 4th day. Recommend to have firmer pillows and change towels on 3rd day.

A great place to stay for big families with all basic amenities!

Positiv: The location of the apartment was right in the center with walkable distance to Interlaken West station and surrounding areas. The self check in was easy. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets to get your needs is a big advantage. Utensils provided were sufficient. There is a balcony on both sides of the flat and the space is very well organized. Overall, the apartment is quite nice for a family stay barring couple of things.

Negativ: It would be great to have some basic items in stock when you arrive to the apartment especially sugar and kitchen towels/tissue box and while coffee pods were there the coffee machine was not user friendly or instructions provided. Again, there is no lift so taking all luggage up the floors and then going down again to buy the basic stuff is a hassle. It would be great to have some hooks or rack in the bathroom to hang your clothes.
