Positiv: L’emplacement et la vue splendide sur les 3 ogres des Alpes bernoises

Negativ: Les équipements électriques aux prises US et françaises qui ne nous ont pas permis de les utiliser. Rien de bien grave cependant

Positiv: The apartment was appointed with plenty of plates, bowls, etc as well as numerous helpful cooking items! The large dining table was perfect for our large party. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shutters were so helpful. The thing that they didn't advertise- the VIEW- it was absolutely stunning at all times of day. We loved the location and the town of Mürren.

Negativ: No complaints.

Beautiful place to stay

Positiv: After making a (costly) international phone call and being given the box code it was easy to get the key. The house was very clean, with lots of space and a beautiful view. Be prepared to walk a hill to locate the house, but that made the view more spectacular :) The kitchen was stocked well with pans and dishes. The grandchildren enjoyed the Lego playset and both living areas to play and visit. This is a great place for our family of 7!

Negativ: I received an email about a week before arrival with the directions for the latitude/longitude. This was difficult for me to find on Google Maps, possibly just my fault, an address would have been easier. There was no code for the key box included. I had to make an international phone call when arriving at the house to obtain the code. I didn't realize we had rented what could have been two apartments so not knowing which door to enter was confusing. After entry, I realized we could have used either door. The microwave was in some error mode and we were never able to correct it (possibly just a lack of understanding of a European appliance). It would have been helpful to receive more help from the owner to correct the problem. There was not a can opener, we did a lot of cooking and both of these appliances would have been helpful. The coffee maker was broken but there was a nice Nespresso machine. After contacting the owner she stated she was sorry and suggested using the Nespresso. We had brought specific coffee for our daughter living in another country and a replacement would have been helpful.
