Wonderful apartment with a well appointed kitchen in scenic Murren-what more could you ask for?

Positiv: Wonderful location in Murren! Highly recommend. In a perfect world, we would have had another bathroom (but that is an American standard and not typical for Europe). We had a party of 5 adults. We had plenty of room (but only one bathroom; I did know this in advance and it did work out). Kitchen has everything you can think to cook with; really appreciated that there was cooking oil and spices that we could use. Living room and dining had amble space.

Like staying and a friend’s house

Positiv: Wow, what a wonderful place. Even though there is a building across the street, the views from the balcony are spectacular. As a family of 3 we had more space than we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked great when we needed it. The location was fantastic- close to the train station so we did not have to haul our luggage very far but also right in the village, close to everything. What I really appreciated was how well equipped the kitchen was. Not just cookware and dishes, but also paper towels/napkins, lots of spices, basics like oil and vinegar and even tea and coffee. It made cooking at home so easy. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. It was greatly appreciated.

Negativ: Nothing. It was wonderful.

Lovely view

Positiv: Location was great. Close to train station and restaurants and cable cars. Beds very comfy. Shower excellent. Many amenities in the kitchen including fondue pot and supplies I made a great fondue. Much cheaper than in the restaurants.

Negativ: Would have been nice to sit in the back yard sofa but the lawn needs cutting. Not a big deal.
