Beautiful, Clean and Mountain view apartment for large group/families

Positiv: Beautiful mountain views with all facilities/amenities available for larger group/families. All Kitchen utensils available including dishwash tabs, detergents for washing machine and body wash/shampoo provided.

Negativ: Not related to apartment, but if you travel by public transport, Kindly note down the timings in the bus stop (To Spiez bahnof) as its available once every 30 mins (Mon to Sat) and 1hr on Sunday. So you can plan accordingly.

Nice and spaceous appartment

Positiv: The appartment it's very big and minimalistic. Very nice kitchen and dinning area. It has a beautiful view from the living room. The self check-in it's very convenient and it has a parking spot in front of the appartment door. There is a close mini market at 5 minutes walking and a mall at 10 minutes.

Negativ: The floor was not dirty and it was no mop to clean it. The fact that was no coffee and because it was Sunday the grosery shop was closed. It would have been useful to have more cereal bols (it was only one), so the children had too eat from the cups. A tool to open the wine bottle would be nice to have.

Positiv: The house is big, equipment for the kitchen also complete and very clean

Negativ: The stairs and cannot go in from the ground floor. To much stairs for old people

Negativ: Er is maar 1 parkeervak, elektrische auto’s kunnen daar niet opladen

Negativ: חניה לרכב 1 חניה בתשלום לרכבים נוספים. מדרגות לדירה ובתוך הדירה .לא מתאים לגיל השלישי.

Brand new and modern apartment

Positiv: The best part of the apartment is brand new and modern decorated. What's more it has a free big and safe car parking place, which can fit our mini van well. Also check in is very easy if you download the app. The staff is very kind, nice and reply very quickly even during off work time. Very appreciated. Nice neighbor is the bonus.

Negativ: It could be better if there equips with basic cooking things in the kitchen. Only the pan, knife, no seasoning at all, which is not convenient for us who wants to enjoy the cooking. As Speize is our first stop, We need to purchase all things and carry all the way. Also the laundry doesn't equip with the washing liquid. Considering the price, the apartment should be equipped with these basic essentials. By the way, the Alps region is really a very wonderful place.
