Sehr schönes Apartment für 4 Personen mit Parkplatz, Garten und tollem Blick aus den auf den Niesen
Positiv: Es war hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und es gab nette Überraschungen zur Begrüssung.
Negativ: Nichts was ausschlaggebend wäre

Positiv: Wir waren sehr überzeugt von der modernen, sauberen Ausstattung. Die Küche hatte notwendige Gewürze und eine große Auswahl an Töpfen und Kochutensilien. Die Bettdecke war auch sehr bequem und weich. Im Schlafzimmerschrank gab es zusätzliche Decken und alles was man braucht. Die Terasse ist sehr lieb eingerichtet und lädt zu einem schönen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang ein. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und sehr schnell, jede Frage wird sofort berücksichtigt. Perfekt auch für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt, in dem man selber kocht. Auch eine sehr gute ÖV Anbindung. Würden wir wieder buchen!

Positiv: Dieser Ort hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Alles ist blitzsauber, die Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich! Mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Und die Aussicht – einfach atemberaubend!

Positiv: Es war alles sehr sauber und man konnte sogar eine Waschmaschine benutzen. Der Platz war optimal ausgenutzt. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte sehr schnell.
Negativ: Bei 4 Erwachsenen ist es schon etwas eng. Die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit war ein Schlafsofa und steht aufgeklappt im Durchgangszimmer.

Lovely apartment with great amenities and views, though parking, stairs, and shared laundry can be a bit challenging.
Positiv: The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, offering complete kitchen amenities, sufficient toiletries, a washing machine and dryer, and even a first aid kit. The sofa bed provided great comfort, while the breathtaking mountain view made our stay truly memorable. The thoughtful gesture of providing chocolates and water for guests was also highly appreciated.
Negativ: The parking area can feel a bit unsafe as it is located on a bend in the road, so extra caution is needed. Reaching the house requires going down several flights of stairs, which can be challenging when carrying multiple bags. In addition, the washing machine and dryer are shared, which may be inconvenient if other users occupy them for long periods.

It was a very enjoyable stay and the apartment was exactly, if not better, than advertised.
Positiv: The apartment was small (as expected), but had a very efficient use of space. We were a family of 3, and it was perfect. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean and presented us with a very good first impression. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare meals. The host Ajete was very attentive and responded to any questions or inquiries that we had within minutes. The view just outside the property was spectacular and we were located just outside of the city center, but yet very close to the city of Spiez by car (3 minutes).
Negativ: Nothing to add here.

Buena experiencia en Spiez
Positiv: Los propietarios son muy atentos. El apartamento está limpio y hay lavadora y secadora. Hay un ventilador que ayuda mucho en verano para pasar el calor. El jardín es ideal con niños. La ubicación es tranquila y con plaza de aparcamiento.
Negativ: El jardín está un poco descuidado. No había sartenes ni microondas. Para 4 personas es bastante justo.
