Recommended!!! Although a bit pricey, it's worth the money overall.

Positiv: One thing that surprised me is that the management acted on the feedback — we were able to check in directly at the apartment in Interlaken West, without needing to travel to Interlaken Ost. Great job, and thanks for the convenience!

Negativ: Basically nothing, but it would be better if one of the rooms had two single beds or bunk beds for travelers who need to sleep separately.

Positiv: Very Convenient location, very spacious apartment and very clean with all basic facilities. We had a very comfortable stay

Positiv: Very big, modern, new and clean apartment. It had everything we needed.

Negativ: Beds were a little low.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location with fabulous views.

Positiv: Loved the location and the space of the apartment. It was very clean and beautiful views on the balcony. Lounge was very comfy and excellent quality appliances and kitchenware. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the hang gliders coming off the mountain.

Negativ: We did not like that we had go an extra distance to collect the keys as it was late and we were not familiar with location. We had to get a taxi there and back to the apartment, this was not good when we arrived late and last thing we wanted to do was collect keys off site. Change this to make it easy for people to check in as there is a box on site to check out so why not have it to check in. Also the bed was extremely low to the ground not enjoyable getting in or getting up out of bed.

Fab location clean & comfortable modern apartment great for friends or a family

Positiv: Very spacious/modern/clean Good location 5 mins walk to centre of Interlaken

Negativ: The pillows on the bed were poor quality

Spacious apartment for family of 5

Positiv: Spacious apartment for family with two big toilets. Functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, dish washer and all required utensils.

Negativ: Check in process was abit troublesome, as you had to check in at the office (one train station away), and then travel to the actual apartment.

Four ladies travelling together, the appartment was safe, comfortable we had a fabulous time.

Positiv: Great location and fabulous views, everything we needed for our stay.

Positiv: This was an excellent property. The size was very large, especially for European standards. It was clean, had a full size, very well stocked kitchen and a huge balcony overlooking the mountains. It is on the top floor but has an elevator oh and it has a washer and an electric dryer.

Negativ: There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property, other than the cost. It was very expensive, even by Switzerland prices. One small thing would be that I wished they provided more than one bath towel person for week long stays but that definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The place is very nice.

A modern and well equipped appartment

Positiv: Very good services from the rental company Griwa Rent. We reported some issues of the apartment and they were resolved immediately.

Negativ: The noise due to cars, trucks outside the apartment. We were expecting to sit in the balcony to relax, but there was not possible with the noise from the streets.

Suggestion to improve

Positiv: Clean and well maintained, located close to public transportation facilities in Interlaken West

Negativ: Suggest to maintain minimum provisions such as milk, coffee, tea etc for arrivals. Additionally provide essentials such as shampoo, soap, body lotion, washing powder, dishwashing soap etc in enough quantities for the stay. These are little things which can further better guests experience.
