Great room! Great view! Great location! Great staff!

Positiv: The property is great! Staff is really helpful (Diane). The room is great, nice and spacious. Kitchen ware is stunning! They provide everything you can imagine! Even cheese fondue, raclette, and you can even bake your own cake with their tools! They provide more than 10 set of glasses and tableware, including red wine, white wine, and champagne glass! This is stunning. Bed and bathroom are new, nice, and clean.

Negativ: TV is not really functioning, Youtube and internet function is not working. Some channel got no signal. They provide HDMI cable but still not working.

Truly a superb stay!

Positiv: The building itself boasted top-notch functionality, from the automated garage door and secure locking systems to a swift elevator and high-quality finishes, ensuring safety and security throughout. Instructions around the building were labelled very well and the team have done an excellent job with the entire operations. The apartment offered stunning mountain views and was conveniently located near shops, bus stops, and the train station for easy access to Interlaken Ost. Inside, the amenities included a fully equipped kitchen, where we were able to cook and clean most nights, a washing machine, dryer, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The cleanliness and brightness were impeccable, reflecting the excellent maintenance and quality of the entire building.

Negativ: Pillows were too soft.

We really enjoyed our stay at Interlaken West.

Positiv: The property was just a short walk to the Interlaken West train station. Property is quiet and safe. There is a Petrol station below that sells food items.

Negativ: That I had to go to Interlaken Ost to pick up the keys. Arrangements should be made to meet at the property. It was a $60 taxi ride to pick up the keys.

Excellent Choice of Stay

Positiv: The kitchen facilities were excellent. The living and dining were also very spacious. Toilets are clean and big. Worthy of the cost that we spent for the apartment.

Negativ: Having to dispose rubbish ourselves at the basement.

Positiv: Location is excellent. Apartment neat and clean and very comfortable. All appliances available that you would need including beautiful crockery. There was no AC but fans provided good enough relief in the warm summer month of June. Property also very spacious and close to restaurants, shops and train station. Excellent property overall.

Negativ: The apartment could do with AC as Interlaken does get quite warm during summer months

Positiv: Beautiful condo with large balcony, easy to get to train station, grocery stores nearby

Positiv: Impecable. Super moderno cómodo y limpio. No queda en pleno centro pero es a pocos minutos. Está ubicado arriba de una estación de servicio o sea q podes comprar lo q necesites

Positiv: O apartamento é excelente. Extremamente limpo, confortável, amplo e bem localizado.

Amazing fully equipped apartments

Positiv: Spacious parking, the apartment has everything needed for a long stay. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Blackout shades and quiet location for a good sleep. Fully equipped kitchen.

Negativ: Kettle needs an update, as it’s shredding plastic pieces in water when boiling.

Positiv: There is a gas station and convenience store below where we could get breakfast, groceries etc

Negativ: Onsite lockbox would a better option for keys.
